Most of the people on our speaker list came to a session first and offered afterwards. You do not need to be senior, well known, or good at public speaking. You need to have done a thing the person asking has not seen up close.
Ways to help
Pick the one that fits your time
Every one of these is a real commitment and none of them is enormous. Choose the smallest one you can keep.
Expert Speaker
Talk to a room about what you actually do — the work, not the job title. Sessions run 60 to 120 minutes.
60–120 minutes, as often or as rarely as suits you.

A person, usually within a week. If we need more information we will ask rather than decline.
We have a short conversation
Fifteen minutes, mostly about what you would enjoy doing and how often you can realistically do it.
You get matched to something
A session, a mentee, an event. Nothing is scheduled without checking with you first.
